How do downloads work?
After your payment is confirmed, you'll get access to download your purchased videos from your account's Downloads section.
I paid β where is my download?
First, refresh the page and check your Downloads section. If it still doesn't show up after a few minutes, contact us with the email you used at checkout.
Can I re-download a purchase later?
Yes. Purchased content remains available in your account so you can download it again if needed.
Do you offer refunds?
Purchases are not refundable. If you have an issue with a file (corrupted, wrong item, etc.), contact us and we'll help.
Is my payment information stored here?
No. Payments are handled by the payment provider. We don't store your full card details.
